Are You Currently Taking New Patients?
Yes, we are currently accepting new dental patients for all kinds of treatments including routine check-ups, fillings, emergencies, veneers, crowns, Invisalign, implants, teeth whitening and more. Simply enquire here to book your appointment.
How Often Do You Recommend Visiting Your Dental Practice?
It is recommended to visit a dentist at least every 6 months for a check-up or dental hygienist appointment, but depending on instructions, it may be acceptable to visit every 12 months.
Depending on the individual’s oral health and treatment plan, your dentist at QAD will confirm how often you should visit for ongoing or further treatment.
Do You Have Parking Available At The Practice?
Yes, we have on street parking on the road of the practice which allows a free 1 hour parking and there is paid parking behind the practice in a car park of more than 50 spaces. You should be able to find parking for your car without problems!
Do You Offer Same Day Appointments For Emergencies?
Yes, we consider ourselves emergency dentists and can see you or your loved one on the same day for an emergency such as a broken tooth, chipped tooth, teeth sensitivity or similar.For emergencies, please call us on 01442 253447 and for out of hours emergencies please text, whatsapp or call Dr Howard Koch on 07850 876020.
Can I See Your Dental Hygienist Without Seeing The Dentist?
Yes, we offer direct access dental hygienists so that you can have a routine check-up or scale polish at your convenience, without having to see a dentist.
Do You Have Accessibility At Your Dental Practice in Hemel?
Yes, we try to make our practice as accessible as possible and we have one surgery room on the ground floor to make it accessible for all patients. Please let us know in advance if you would like us to book this room for your appointment.
Can You Assist With Nervous Dental Patients?
Yes, our team is well trained to help with nervous patients including using different tried and tested techniques. We are good at communicating our work to the patient, whilst creating a calming and comfortable environment for you to have treatment in.
Can You Offer Dental Treatment on Finance and 0% Interest?

Do You Offer a Free Cosmetic Consulation?
Yes, we offer a free cosmetic consultation in the form of a small holding fee, which is then returned to you after your consultation is complete. This is a popular choice for those interested in cosmetic dentistry including Invisalign, dental implants, veneers and botox.
Can You Offer a Translator?
We do not have specific translator services available, but can offer assistance in Polish, Spanish, French and Portuguese.
